Often, these have to do with avoiding or solving potentially-damaging issues. Lawyers help prevent lawsuits and jail time; accountants help protect against sanctions for improper taxation filings. A/E firms don't have the same capacity to help prevent problems -- although you mention your firm's success in community relations, showing your ability to keep your client's name away from negative headlines and hashtags. Some firms focus on helping clients access benefits; others have an emphasis on helping them avoid problems.
